 
Cha-Am Holiday Bungalow
Welcome to the website for our beautiful family holiday home for rent situated within the Tropicana Village, Cha-Am, Thailand.
Tropicana
Village is located a five minute drive from the
relaxing beach resort of Cha-Am. The site is set below
stunning views of the Phunturat mountain range, and
offers an on-site swimming
pool for residents and guests. The office is located
in the middle of the village where you can buy refreshments
and find friendly staff to help you with any of your
needs. The site benefits from 24 hour security.
The
house itself is spread across two plots of land, and
has one of the larger gardens
on the site. This is ideal for children, and there is
also a large paved outdoor area leading from the patio
doors, perfect for barbeques and sunbathing. At the
front of the house is a covered terrace area, which
is a lovely place to sit during the day or night.
The
main part of the house is open plan, with the living
room opening out into the dining
room. The house is fully air-conditioned for your
comfort, though you may prefer to open the main doors
of the house during the day to create a nice breeze.
In
the living room
there is a large couch and home entertainment area,
with a hi-fi system and a wide screen television. Cable
TV is connected and offers a selection of European and
Thai TV channels. Wireless internet access is also provided,
so you need never lose touch with the outside world
(unless you want to!).
There
are three spacious bedrooms, each with a king size bed,
large wardrobe, a dressing table and bedside cabinet.
A
family bathroom with
a shower is accessible through the main living room.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub
and overhead shower.
If
you don't want to eat out in a restaurant every night,
all the appliances and equipment you'd need to cook
up a delicious meal can be found in the kitchen.
If you like to cook, there are plenty of fresh food
markets in Cha-Am, and a large Tesco Lotus in Hua Hin
if you require European food and drinks. Please note,
as with the majority of Thai homes, the kitchen does
not have an oven for baking, though of course there
is a gas hob and a microwave.
There
are also now a couple of excellent local takeaways,
offering both Thai and European food at very low prices
(menus can be found in the kitchen).
The
Tropicana Village is a quiet, relaxed and family-oriented
environment, perfect for a family holiday (sorry, no
singles!). Unfortunately, there is no provision at this
time for wheelchair access.
